Kith offers returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit the Kith Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and invoices are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand off your package to the designated carrier at an authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your refund status.
